Do you want to bark like a dog? It is a common misunderstanding that Hypnosis can make you do things you wouldnt want to. Infact, if you dont really want to do something then Hypnosis absolutely CAN’T MAKE YOU. This goes for everything! So if you really dont want to give up smoking, for instance, no amount of Hypnotherapy would be able to make you do something that you dont want to.

Sessions range from £125–£499 depending on how many sessions and if they are in person or recorded. Please see my “How I Can Help You” Page for a more detailed menu of my services and offerings.

That depends. Generally speaking a face to face session is the most effective for most people. However, a recording that has been made specifically for you and from information gathered through a consultation either in person or via Zoom can be very effective also. More generic recordings, because they are not specific to you, may still be effective also but not as effective as a personalised session. It is also worth bearing in mind that everyone is different and everyone will respond differently to hypnosis.

Hypnotherapy, like other therapies is more effective if you have more than one session. Commonly it takes 4 sessions to really get to the bottom of and work out an issue. That being said, if there is a complex and multi layered reasoning behind any concern, it may take more than 4 sessions to work on individual elements effectively.
